AccuQuilt S & E - April 2024 - Bee & Beehive Die
Create a fun, easy applique project using a single AccuQuilt Die! A beginner-friendly project, Bee & Beehive can be done with traditional applique techniques or optional machine embroidery. Embroidery designs can be found here:
Patty Sue and crew will have samples of both sewing and embroidery blocks for inspiration. The shop's AccuQuilt GO! Big cutters and the die will be available for use in class. You do not need to bring your AQ machine, covers, or dies.
What to bring:
4 Fat Quarters for Beehive & background
Scraps for bees, and flowers if you're opting for machine embroidery
1 yard Steam-a-Seam
Decorative threads (sewing option) or machine embroidery threads (embroidery option)
Sewing machine in good working order and embroidery unit (if doing machine embroidery option)
Basic sewing supplies (seam ripper, thread snips, sewing machine needles, etc)
Creativity & Smiles!
We will not be taking a formal lunch break. Feel free to pack any snacks or lunch you may need.
