Supplies needed:
You will need to bring your sewing machine, regular sewing supplies, thread, and fabric.
It is very helpful to have your Main and Lining fabrics quilted with foam stabilizer in between. (Page 2, Section B in pattern)
You will need to have or purchase the required pattern. Travel Essentials pattern
The pattern calls for:
1 yard - Main fabric
1 yard - Lining fabric
3/4 yard - Coordinating fabric
1/3 yard - woven fusible interfacing
1/2 yard - foam stabilizer (such as Bosal or Soft and Stable)
8"x12" - clear vinyl
3 yards- 1" strapping
4 - 1" triangle/D rings
1 - 1" wide-mouth slider
3 - 1" swivel hook
Handbag zippers: Minimum of 81" tape plus 5 pulls,
(3 yard or 4 yard package is great.)
You are welcome to bring your own lunch or you can bring cash as we usually order in lunch.
