Cotton Candy Table Runner
Cotton Candy Table Runner is a quick make, perfect for last-minute gifting and holiday decorating. This project is very beginner-friendly, as it uses precut 5-inch squares, readily available in Charm packs. Or, if you're a more experienced sewist, you can cut the squares yourself from your scrap pile!
Supplies:
Sewing machine in good working order
80/12 Quilting or Topstitch needles for sewing machine
Neutral color piecing thread (such as gray or cream)
Seam ripper
Thread snips or other small scissors
Rotary cutter with new blade
6" x 24" or 6.5" x 24.5" rotary cutter ruler
Air-erase making pen OR pencil
18 5" squares in assorted prints (A Charm pack will be more than enough)
3/4 yard (27 inches) background fabric. Solids and blenders work great!

The AccuQuilt machine will be set up in the classroom as an option for cutting sashing strips. Patty will guide you on how to use it if you wish.
Lunch is not provided. Feel free to pack your lunch, or bring cash as we often order in.
