How to Die Cut Nutcracker Shapes:

Apply fusible web product to the wrong side of the fabric, following manufacturer’s instructions, before cutting for fusible appliqué. Place fabric on die right sides together to cut pairs.

Hat: Cut and fuse one 2 3/8" x 2" rectangle. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 20 hats across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 300 hats.
Head: Cut and fuse one 2" x 2 1/8" rectangle. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 18 heads across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 324 heads.
Body: Cut and fuse one 3 1/2" x 2 1/8" rectangle. Place on selected blade and cut. Cut 18 bodies across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts 180 bodies.
Smaller shapes: Place scraps on blade and cut.

Use adhesive roller or die pick to clean lint and thread from dies. Die blades never need to be sharpened.
